Mr. Gagan Aggarwal is a Civil Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and is practicing for the last 18 years. He is directing the Family owned business of laying Telecom utilities and conduits Through Trenching and Trenchless Technology. He is mainly responsible for Procurement, Project Management and Execution of Projects including Procurement of Specialized Parts and Machinery from renowned manufacturers like DrillTo, Vermeer, Trecto-technik,  Ditch Witch, Radio Detection, DCI, Cummins, Perkins, Danfoss etc. around the world for Trenchless Technology.

He has established in house training program for recruitment and training for skilled operators and Trackers for machinery. He has established an in house workshop for quick local repair and maintenance thereby accelerating the indigenization process. He regularly supervises the class room and practical training of the new recruits for effective evaluation. He has established and organized processes for ISO -9001 accreditation for his organization.

Some of the major projects where he is currently involved are Telecom Utility shifting Project for DMRC, Laying HDPE Pipe by Trenchless Technology for NDMC,  Laying communication cables in NAD for AAI, Laying OFC for Wifi connectivity in IGIA Airport for Airtel.
